  Fast service. Could have used free ice cream vouchers for my kids; oldest marketing ploy in the book but at 5 bucks for cones for my kids with the 2 "free" ones we got 5 for about a buck each. Best deal in town and it IS good ice cream.

  There are good McDonald's, there are great McDonald's and then there's THIS McDonald's. They consistently have the slowest drive-thru lanes in the city. There is usually a mistake with our order. And staff always look like they are running around without a clue - It's always chaotic. Every time I go (about twice a year) I always kick myself for coming back. I think the management just don't care about a great customer experience.

  Worst service ever at a McDonalds. 20 minutes waiting for a 1/4 pounder, just the burger no meal, a McChicken meal with Poutine and a chicken nugget happy meal....20 minutes!!! And the 1/4 pounder was ice cold. And the Poutine was nothing I've ever had before that I would call Poutine....cold gravy n fries. And the cheese not melted. Attempted to sit in....not one clean table in the place had to clean my own table to sit at. And when the order was ready I asked the day at the counter for 4 packages of McChicken sauce she hands me two and that's all I was allowed.....since when do u get told yes u can order here but no we limit 2 McChicken sauce to the customer who just waited for 30 minutes for their food....had to clean my own table to sit at and are cold food.....will never go back to that location.

  I use to have a problem with dona in first window, but she improve. Only complaint is that she acts like she knows us personally.

  Well it has a play place. It’s a Mac Donald’s they get your order wrong 2/3 times. I reached out to their customer service for a complaint of them getting my order wrong after a 40 minute wait, then 10 minutes later coming out with a fresh helping of the same wrong order they just gave me. So eventually they got me a new hot choco, coffee, fries, and brownies and it was all cold.
