    This branch has always had fast, friendly, personal and professional service. I only have the most basic banking needs but a few years ago I had many erroneous charges on my credit card and they (branch manager?) was very empathetic and quickly helped have this resolved and made suggestions that helped reduce the chances of this happening again.

    Backing out at the last minute from sponsoring an animal rescue event that depends on your help is a really rotten thing to do.

    Good, helpful branch service, great user-friendly website but your Scotia phone line SUCKS.... Does anybody ever answer on there? I just won't use it, don't like the 20+ minute waits. With your profit margins, there is no excuse to be understaffed on your phone lines......... just sayin'...

    Had to give 1 star only because you can't give zero. No but really the photo is of the UPS store, you can't even see the bank. When I tried to get an appointment with a financial adviser (1/2 an hour before they closed), I went through enough messing around that the bank closed before I was able to talk to a real person that could set up the appointment. It's Friday so I guess I'll have to wait till Monday now.

    I changed my mind, the people there are very nice. Its not their fault. Its the telephone system. I'll add another star for the human beings, who are much easier to talk to than recordings.
