  These guys can’t get your order right if they tried. Every time I ask for a bagel extra toasted it comes out raw, and I was especially unpleased today to see that not only was it not toasted but it didn’t even have any butter on it. I know you have to consider your drive thru times but I’m pretty sure customer satisfaction always comes first. Never getting a tip from my pocket.

  Assistant manager made me wait several times while taking my order at the window. Then accidentally complained about how long I was taking over the speaker. I ordered one meal and the only changes made to it were due to unavailable ingredients. Asked for my coffee order twice and was curt. Will not be returning.

  Very long wait in the Drive-Thru. Bagels supposed to be cold came out toasted. Dark roast coffee taste burnt and miserable. Now I know why I go to the other one by Canadian Tire.

  Great staff always fresh products. Quick and responsive to any order given.

  Very seldom do staff use their manners. I realize they are busy however, it takes but a minute to say please, thank you and you're welcome. This annoys me more than my order being messed up! Just an FYI to the staff, I only tip for friendly, polite service; there are probably other customers who do the same. Customer Service training is lacking.
